WeTransfer needed to rally their sales & accounts team amidst a period of rapid growth and change. Having gone through some tough times, leadership recognised the need to foster a sense of confidence and unity within the team, ensuring everyone felt valued, aligned with the company's direction, and motivated to achieve their targets. To keep things sustainable we held an edition in New York & one in Amsterdam.
The involvement
I was the creative lead and facilitator for both editions 3-day sales conferences held one week apart (holy moly jetlag).I was in the lead & responsible for designing and orchestrating all sessions and activities across two continents.
I facilitated, shaped the content, selected speakers, briefed the internal teams, did some bowling and curated experiences that left a lasting impression on the team.

I started by conducting extensive interviews with the sales team to identify their needs, concerns, and desired outcomes for the conference. This ensured the program was relevant, engaging, and tailored to their specific challenges. Listening to the people I was shaping the content for.
Crafting Memorable Experiences:
Designed a program that blended strategic workshops with unique team-building activities. This included a painting workshop with wine, a sound healing exercise in New York, and a goat yoga session in Amsterdam (a real winner).
Harnessing Internal Expertise:
For a sense of shared learning and empowerment, I collaborated with team members to create and deliver engaging workshops on topics like client management, leveraging their existing knowledge and skills. I wanted to build team confidence by showcasing the knowledge and experience already present in the group.
