I love big moments,

I love big moments,
whether at work or in life.

I think there’s tremendous value in pushing the status quo or pushing yourself.

There’s something remarkable about deciding and pursuing something you haven’t done before. See what happens. This belief means that in life, I try to do something challenging once in a while; like walking across Scotland without a phone, running a marathon, meditating 100 hours in 10 days, exploring India on my own, starting a business.

Professionally it means I'm drawn to big moments with big pay offs; like a 350 person workshop, a 3 day training in an art gallery without heating, or running a leadership retreat with the prince of the Netherlands. I enjoy thinking, can I really do this?

Oh and while, yes, I just gave you a ‘look at me I love HARD things’ list of stuff, I don’t take myself very seriously; I love to make people laugh, and would describe myself as an ‘odd dutch bird’ who just really wants you to be delighted by a moment at work you kind of dreaded organising. I believe that you can tailor an experience that specifically meets the demands of a group, crafting a moment that lives up to the promise of potential that your people deserve.
